Used Blakemans through AAA for towing our Vehicle to specified shop. Informed driver they were expecting Vehicle and to leave key in car. They towed my vehicle to the wrong location, after finally tracking it down we found out he asked the wrong shop to look at my transmission and gave them the key! Nightmare! The Wrong Unspecified Dealership charged me $140 ( AAA did COVER IT)!!! Blakemans was supposed to return my call when they returned to the shop, but the guy stating he was the owner "Kyle" never did. Would appreciate an apology for fu*king this up.
Horrible service with them through aaa. My sister waited in her car in 10 degree weather for 5 plus hours. Truck finally showed up. Towed her about 40 miles. Driver said the truck broke down and dropped her in the middle of nowhere. The driver said someone else will be out to get you and then he drove away. Called the owner Kyle and he hung up on me. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Got stuck in the recent snowstorm and couldn't get help from anyone else but Blakeman's. From start to finish, amazing customer service, super prompt and professional. Nick was a courteous and skilled driver getting my van back home safely. Thanks to all!
